NOTICE: POOL RULES - 2025
Riverdale Dunes Metropolitan District – In an effort to maintain the safety and integrity of this community amenity, we will immediately start enforcing all pool rules stringently. Please review all rules below and take appropriate steps to ensure your admittance to the pool prior to arrival.

POOL ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: - Completed 2025 District Resident Information Sheet REQUIRED. - RENTERS must provide a recent utility bill showing name and Dunes Park address. - Homes with outstanding covenant fines or violations will be denied access. - VALID PHOTO ID REQUIRED UPON ENTRY - Accepted: Unexpired government ID or student ID (valid within 10 months) - Pool key alone is NOT valid ID. If children are entering pool, they must comply with supervision requirements and also be listed on the 2025 District Resident Information Sheet. If they are not listed, you MUST submit a new form including the children’s names. Please click here for the form.
FAILURE TO SHOW VALID ID = TRESPASSING — POLICE WILL BE CALLED

POOL MONITORS ARE NOT LIFEGUARDS - No lifeguard on duty — Swim at your own risk - Monitors verify ID and report rule violations to the District Board or police
District and management are not responsible for lost/stolen items or injuries.

GUEST POLICY & SUPERVISION: - Residents must accompany their guests AT ALL TIMES - Max 6 guests per household (Board approval required for more) - Children 12 & under require supervision - Children 6 & under must be within arm’s reach of an adult (18+) - Ages 13–15: May not bring guests without adult supervision - Ages 16–17: May bring 1 guest aged 16 or older

PROHIBITED IN POOL AREA: - Glass containers - Alcohol or tobacco - Pets (leashed or not) - Food or drinks within 5 feet of pool - Loud music, foul language, PDA, rough play, running, diving - Large inflatables (e.g. blow-up whales) - Bikes, scooters, skateboards, rip sticks - Street clothes or denim in pool
Infants must wear SWIM DIAPERS — no regular diapers

VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF POOL PRIVILEGES. Report issues to the Pool Monitor or District Management. Thank you for helping keep our pool safe and enjoyable for all!
