2025 Pool Information
The Riverdale Dunes Metropolitan District pool is scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend in 2025. To ensure access, please complete the required forms.
Summer Pool Hours:
- 8 AM - 10:00 PM
- Security is present from 12pm-10pm daily
Please be advised that the pool has an attendant on-site to monitor access. However, a lifeguard will not be present. Pool use is at your own risk.

We need your help this summer with the pool! Please keep the following items in mind when visiting the pool as the District needs your help monitoring:
- If you see something, report it.
- Keep the bathrooms clean.
- Leave the area how you found it, if you have trash place it in a trash bin.
To report concerns at the pool please email at info@riverdaledunesmd.live or at 970-617-2471.
Please complete the waiver forms prior to use at the pool.
Please remember that you MUST provide an ID when entering the pool. Please note that if you have a balance due to the District you will not be granted access to the pool until the balance is paid.
The Spear Security representative will confirm the completion of each address’s waiver upon their entry to the pool.
