Spring Update

Happy Spring,
As some of the community may be aware, Wolfersberger, LLC is no longer managing the District. Pinnacle Consulting Group took over management of the District on January 1st, 2023. The Metro District now has a new website and email address. The new website is www.riverdaledunesmd.live and the new email address is info@riverdaledunesmd.live.
Regular site inspections start increasing as Summer approaches. Please take a look at the issues reported in the community last year to help us keep the community looking great!
- Please store trash cans out of site from the street.
- Window air conditioning units are not permitted.
- Please make sure to address the following items as part of your landscaping upkeep:
- Ensure the grass is green and growing and not brown or has dead spots
- Grass is mowed regularly
- Trees and Bushes are alive and do not have dead spots
- Make sure the flower beds do not have weeds and are maintained.
- Please do not store items on side of home.
- Please make sure there are no oil stains on your driveway.
- Please make sure the garage door does not need paint and is painted an approved color.
- Remove holiday lights on your home.
- Please make sure the fence does not need repair and does not have any broken slats.
The District will be reviewing open violations from prior years and the current property condition. Please review the list above and your home to ensure that your property is in compliance. Please reach out to the District with any questions at info@riverdaledunesmd.live
