Dear Riverdale Dunes Residents,

As we prepare for the pool season, please review the following important information regarding pool access and facility use.

New Pool Key Card System

The community is implementing a new pool key card system. Each household will be issued one (1) key card for pool access.

• Lost or damaged key cards can be replaced for a fee of $25 per card.
• Please keep your key card in a secure location, as it will be required for entry to the pool facility.

The current key system at the pool will no longer work effective today, 06/11. Prior to next Monday, please use the temporary code of 2471@ to enter the pool during open hours (the card system is set to not allow access during closed hours).  This code will be deactivated next Monday afternoon.

Pool Key Card Pickup 

Pool key cards will be available for pickup at the pool on:

Monday
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Please bring identification verifying your address when picking up your card.

Minor Registration Form Required

All families with children under the age of 18 must complete a Minor Registration Form before pool access will be granted. This form acknowledges parental responsibility and authorizes minor use of the facility. This is a new form.  Please click here to complete the form.

Guest Limits

• Maximum of 6 guests per household.
• Additional guests require prior approval.

Child Supervision Requirements

For the safety of all patrons:

• Children ages 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
• Children ages 6 and under must remain within arm’s reach of an adult (18+).
• Ages 13–15 do not require supervision by an adult.  They may not bring guests without adult supervision.
• Ages 16–17 do not require supervision by an adult.  They may bring one guest who is age 16 or older.
• Children may not be dropped off unattended at the pool.

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are NOT permitted within the pool area:

• Glass containers
• Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products
• Pets (leashed or unleashed)
• Food or drinks within 5 feet of the pool
• Loud music, foul language, public displays of affection, rough play, running, or diving
• Large inflatables such as blow-up rafts or whales
• Bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rip sticks
• Street clothes or denim in the pool

Swim Diaper Requirement

Infants and toddlers must wear approved swim diapers. Regular diapers are prohibited in the pool.

Pool Rules

By accepting and using a pool key card, residents agree to follow all posted pool rules and policies. Failure to comply with pool regulations may result in suspension or revocation of pool privileges.

Please remember:

• If you see something, report it.
• Keep restrooms clean.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Leave the pool area how you found it.

Violations of pool rules may result in the immediate suspension of pool privileges.
