Neighborhood Accountability Committee

Dear Neighbors,

WE ARE LISTENING.

We are aware of the concerns and issues occurring throughout our district, and we recognize the impact they have on our community. From the condition of our common areas to covenant violations and general disruptive behavior, many residents have expressed a desire to see positive change.

The Board cannot address these challenges alone. We are asking for volunteers to join a newly formed Neighborhood Accountability Committee to help identify concerns, recommend solutions, and work collaboratively to improve our community.

This committee will focus on:

  • Conditions and maintenance of common areas
  • Covenant compliance and neighborhood standards
  • Addressing disruptive behavior and community concerns
  • Developing constructive solutions and recommendations
  • Promoting community engagement and accountability

This is an opportunity for residents to have a direct voice in helping shape the future of our neighborhood. We believe that meaningful improvements happen when neighbors come together with a shared commitment to making our community a better place for everyone.
