Just a few friendly reminders….
Please remember to submit a Design Review Request form for all changes to the exterior of your home and landscaping. Please click here to review the application and the design guidelines. The District paint color scheme book is located here if you are looking to paint your home.
During regular site inspections, we are noticing an increased number of trash and recycling containers being left in locations visible from the street. Please help us in keeping our community clean, and compliant with covenants, by rolling your receptacles to a location screened from the street. A trash can left past pick-up day can result in a warning letter and possible fine for multiple infractions.
