2026 Pool Information

Riverdale Dunes Metropolitan District – 2026 Pool Information & Rules

The Riverdale Dunes Metropolitan District pool is scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend 2026. To ensure access to the pool this season, all residents must complete the required forms prior to use.
Pool Waiver Form

Summer Pool Hours

  • Daily: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Pool Attendant On-Site: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM daily

Please note: Pool attendants are present to monitor access and enforce rules. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Pool use is at your own risk.

Pool Access Requirements

To gain entry to the pool, the following are required:

  • Completed 2026 District Resident Information Sheet and Pool Waiver located here.
  • Renters must provide a recent utility bill showing their name and Riverdale Dunes address
  • Households with outstanding covenant violations or unpaid balances with the District will be denied pool access

Valid Photo ID Required Upon Entry

Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Unexpired government-issued photo ID
  • Student ID valid within the last 10 months

Please note:

  • A pool key alone is NOT considered valid identification
  • Children using the pool must be listed on the District Resident Information Sheet
  • If children are not currently listed, an updated form must be submitted before pool access is granted

Failure to provide valid ID may be considered trespassing and police may be contacted.

Pool Attendants

Pool attendants are NOT lifeguards.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Verifying IDs and pool access
  • Monitoring compliance with pool rules
  • Reporting violations to District Management, the District Board, or law enforcement when necessary

The District and management are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Injuries occurring at the pool facility

Guest Policy & Supervision Rules

Residents are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their guests at all times.

Guest Limits

  • Maximum of 6 guests per household
  • Additional guests require prior Board approval

Child Supervision Requirements

  • Children ages 12 and under must be supervised by an adult
  • Children ages 6 and under must remain within arm’s reach of an adult (18+)
  • Ages 13–15 may not bring guests without adult supervision
  • Ages 16–17 may bring one guest who is age 16 or older

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are NOT permitted within the pool area:

  • Glass containers
  • Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products
  • Pets (leashed or unleashed)
  • Food or drinks within 5 feet of the pool
  • Loud music, foul language, public displays of affection, rough play, running, or diving
  • Large inflatables such as blow-up rafts or whales
  • Bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rip sticks
  • Street clothes or denim in the pool

Swim Diaper Requirement

Infants and toddlers must wear approved swim diapers. Regular diapers are prohibited in the pool.

Please remember:

  • If you see something, report it
  • Keep restrooms clean
  • Dispose of trash properly
  • Leave the pool area how you found it

Violations of pool rules may result in the immediate suspension of pool privileges.
